Susserman Rentals ("we," "us") provides short-term rental accommodations and related guest services. This policy explains what information we collect from guests, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you book a stay with us, we collect information needed to host you: your name, phone number, email address, reservation dates, party size, and any preferences or requests you share with us. If you communicate with us by text message (SMS) or WhatsApp, we keep a record of those conversations to provide support during your stay.
We use your information to manage your reservation, send you stay-related messages (such as check-in instructions, responses to your questions, and checkout reminders), coordinate cleaning and maintenance, respond to issues you report, and improve our service for future stays. Some routine guest messages are handled by an automated assistant supervised by our staff.
By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive text messages from us about your reservation and stay. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Opting out will not affect your reservation, though we may need to reach you by other means for essential stay information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or phone number. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as our messaging provider (Twilio), our booking platforms, and cleaning or maintenance vendors who need stay dates to do their work. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
We keep guest records for as long as needed for business and legal purposes. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us at the address below.
