Messages include check-in and checkout instructions, responses to questions you send us during your stay, and stay-related service notifications. Some replies are generated by an automated assistant supervised by our staff.
You consent to receive these messages by providing your phone number during the booking process and agreeing to receive stay-related texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking; if you opt out, we will communicate essential information by other means.
Message frequency varies based on your reservation and how often you message us. You will typically receive a few messages around check-in and checkout, plus replies to any questions you send.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Susserman Rentals does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, reply START.
